Some travelcasts are personal travel experiences of people who have been out and about in the global village. Others podcasts are made by travel websites as another way to disseminate travel information. There are free travelcasts and commercial ones that you have to pay to subscribe to or download. Some travelcasts provide information on a place you want to visit which you can use as part of your travel planning. Others give you a guided tour of a place which you can use as you stroll through a museum or city.
